Warranty Coverage
Travon products are crafted with quality and durability in mind. We offer a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of:

• 2 Years for Hard Luggage (Shell, handles, zippers, wheels)

• 1 Year for Soft Luggage (Zippers, handles, wheels, fabric)

This warranty is valid from the date of original purchase.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues with:

• Zippers breaking or malfunctioning under normal use.

• Wheels, handles, or telescopic systems failing.

• Cracking or breaking of the hard shell (under normal conditions).

• Stitching or fabric defects for soft luggage.

What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scuffs, scratches).

• Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence (e.g., airline damage, improper handling).

• Damage caused by alterations or repairs not authorized by Travon.

• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or solvents.

Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our Customer Support team at support@travon.co.in with:

1. Your original proof of purchase (invoice).

2. Clear pictures and a detailed description of the defect.
   Our team will evaluate the claim and guide you through the process, which may include product inspection, repair, or replacement at our discretion.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
