At Roamaro, we are committed to delivering high-quality travel products. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on https://roamaro.in, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing issues

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • An incorrect product is delivered

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor color variation are not accepted.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests received after this period will not be considered

To initiate a return, email support@roamaro.in with:

  • Order ID / invoice copy

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

3. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and inspection.

  • Our team will review the images and details shared

  • If approved, return instructions will be provided

  • Roamaro reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet eligibility conditions

4. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Not show signs of usage, washing, alteration, or damage

Products returned without original packaging or in used condition may be rejected.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on location and courier availability

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product

  • Shipping instructions will be shared after return approval

Roamaro is not responsible for loss or damage during self-shipping.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Approved returns may be replaced with the same product

  • If the same product is unavailable, a similar product or store credit may be offered

  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and logistics

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Bank processing timelines may vary and are beyond Roamaro’s control

8. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery charges

  • Any promotional or handling fees

9. Rejected Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage not caused during transit

  • The issue was not reported within the specified timeframe

  • Required documents or images are not provided

Rejected products may be returned to the customer at their expense.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

11. Force Majeure

Roamaro shall not be liable for delays or inability to process returns or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.

12. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian jurisdiction.
