Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order verification and payment confirmation. For customized OEM/ODM orders, processing time will be communicated separately.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

• We often offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above a certain value. Please check our ongoing promotions.

• Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party courier partners.

How Will I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply. To change your address, please contact us immediately at support@travon.co.in.
